How fast can you get to me?

We endeavor to get to you as soon as possible. When you call us, we’ll give you a reliable and realistic time estimate over the phone. If your situation is a genuine emergency (for example, a child or animal locked in a hot car), and we can’t get there fast enough, we will recommend you call emergency services — safety is of the utmost importance to us.

What areas do you service?

We service the entire Perth metropolitan area. If you’re not sure whether this includes your location, call us and we’ll let you know.

What payments do you accept?

We accept payment via Credit Card, Eftpos or Cash. Credit cards accepted are Mastercard, Amex and Visa. We also accept Union pay.

Can you provide new keys for me?

Yes — we’re equipped to provide new keys on-site at any location if your keys have been lost, stolen, or misplaced.

I have locked my keys in a luxury vehicle – can you help me?

Yes, we specialise in automotive locksmithing. Atlas Lock and Key are well-equipped to unlock high security and luxury-model vehicles that other locksmith services — and even emergency breakdown services — may struggle to open. We regularly educate ourselves on the newest vehicle technology, helping us to stay up-to-date with evolving security systems.

Are your vans equipped with the right tools?

Absolutely — as a mobile locksmith, our vans are fully stocked and house all modern Locksmithing equipment needed to ensure all work can be carried out on site.  All vehicles include the latest in electronic equipment to enable quick and efficient servicing of all up to date high security locking systems.

Do you receive ongoing locksmith training?

We are constantly corresponding with Locksmiths worldwide to update our information, training, and tools. This allows us to stay on trend with the latest technologies on all automotive locking systems, including the latest up to date vehicles.

What happens if you can’t actually help me?

In the highly unlikely event that we’re unable to assist you, we won’t charge you for the visit or time spent on-site. Additionally, we have access to a network of specialist professionals and will put you in touch with someone who can help. It’s a part of our Satisfaction Guarantee and our commitment to giving you the best outcome.
